Demon Ranks
Demons are classified into four ranks — A, B, C and D. The A rank stand as kings over the lower ranks. B rank outclass both C and D. The D rank are the weakest of the brood, and even one of them is enough to make a boy scream behind the walls.

The most powerful demons. A rank demons are like the kings of the lower ranks and command them.

Stronger than C rank and D rank demons, but still answer to the A ranks above them.

C rankC Rank
Weaker than B rank demons but still far above a D rank. Usually seen in packs.

D rankD Rank
The weakest demons. The one captured and held in the east district is a D rank.
